To deal with the challenges brokers will face under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act brokers need to understand the broad outline of the legislation as it exists today <em>and </em>how it likely to change in the future.</p>
<p>Health care reform, like any new law, is neither unchanging nor unchangeable. This presentation not only describes core elements of the PPACA, but puts its evolving nature into context and provides tools for ways brokers can prepare themselves and their agencies to deal with changes reform will bring.</p>
